Very cool-- I've never seen that one before!

Speaking of Art Deco, my son, my best friend and I took the Chicago Architectural Foundation's Art "Downtown Deco" tour a few weeks ago. If you're ever in Chicago, I highly recommend you take that tour, or one of their other tours.

johnny - I love this poster. Pigeot is an amazing artist. He did a really cool poster for Key Largo but I can't find a scan of it online- I've only seen it reprinted in books.

Actually, we were in Chicago a few years ago very very briefly and really loved it. She took some really amazing photos of the Downtown Chicago River area. Just gorgeous architecture. We want to go back eventually for a much longer stay. If we do, we'll def take the tour.

blanco- Weird? Oh c'mon it's very stylized to be sure, but she looks forlorn and unsure just the way she did in the movie.

johhny- Actually, after thinking about it, Reel Poster Gallery has the Key Largo poster I mentioned (if you're interested). I just can't cop a scan of it, damn it all.
